Sexual misconduct precept

I just attended a Dharma class and in elaborating on the sexual misconduct, the Venerable said that, among other things, anal sex and sex standing up, sex while pregnant, are all against the precept. Can someone point me to any further talks or books, chapters or websites that can clarify this? I don't quite understand why. Would that mean that being LGBT is unacceptable? Thank you!
