i finaly saw the illusion of the ego and mind
i realized this true a lucid dream.when i woke up in the dream,i noticed my mind and personality suddenly shot into action even tho i was alseep.even tho i was unconsious i suddenly become who i am when im awake but unconsiously which is hard to describe.....this lucid dream lasted only about a few minutes before i woke up......now i can see that the mind and ego is just an energy form.which comes out of the brain and long years of identity with it.....otherwise you are simply a consiousness that underlies everything.that consiousness can take on any form,so it so you are part of the form it took.the mind is just a form it assumed in this body.......the true consiousness is without the form and underlies everything....
