Mantra work for mindfulness?
Recent Iv began to read about Tibetan Buddhism. And I was inspired to start my own mantra practice. I went out and got a little wrist mala and after a few days of research I found a mantra that really resonated with me (om mani padme hum) and now whenever I get anxious or feel a strong emotion coming on I just recite my mantra a few times. It’s just so comforting and safe-feeling to me. Does anyone else share this experience?
