I’m interested in learning TM but I don’t think I’m 3000 dollars interested....

Are there any good resources for learning Transcendental Meditation that isn’t a super expensive retreat? I learn well through reading. Does anyone know any good books that teach it and not just promote the organization? Or videos. Or anything really.
