How do you stay motivated to exercise!?
I have a medical condition that requires me to exercise at least a few times per week.
I’ve come a long way but can’t seem to get over the guilt when I don’t go to the gym. (Yes I was raised Catholic lol) It becomes a daily struggle of “I SHOULD go” “I’m paying to belong” “I didn’t go yesterday” “what if I stop going and get worse....”
How do you stay motivated?
