Isn't buddhism based on faith and belief?
I am not sure how people accept rebirth and karma as something that is inevitable. There is no scientific evidence behind it which is why i question it and other religions very much. Now don't get me wrong i think buddhism teaches some very good practises that if everyone put them to use it would be a huge benefit to all humans and other living beings.
It was hard to put this to my own words so ill just quote this from an article:
"All religions, including Buddhism, stem from our narcissistic wish to believe that the universe was created for our benefit, as a stage for our spiritual quests"
