Masturbation addiction, how to solve this problem?? Please help guys.

Hello all monks and people here, is there any ways to help myself. I am 22 old college guy. Seriously guys this problem ruined my life, i need help. Is there any way to re program my whole brain and live like normal. Please guys, How you people stay away from this?? I know it's weird to post such things here, but i thought i need to find the the real root cause of this. I know you guys know more about brain and how it actually works. Or how it tricks us..
