How does a female become a monk?
Very new to this and just exploring the idea. I just watched Netflix’s Chef’s Table “Jeong Kwan” about a South Korean female monk at Baekyangsa (Chunjinam Hermitage) practicing Buddhism and cooking temple food. It’s intrigued me, as a Canadian female I wanted to know how you would explore the idea of living with monks?
