Helping sick grandfather and relatives

My grandfathter has struggled with health problems for many years and has gotten quite ill recently. The man is just tired of it all; treatments, medications, visits to the doctor, etc. He doesn't want to continue like that anymore. The relatives on the other hand are scolding him so to make him get treatment.

I have compassion for all of them, I see the suffering my grandfather is enduring as well as that of the relatives wishing to keep him around longer. How I can be of help in such situation?
