How do you let go of women you have a big crush on
This shit has been going on for a year and frankly its exhausting. I have a giant crush on this one girl but 100% she isn't interested in me. I know I need to move on by deleting her number and just cutting contact with her but my mind won't accept she isn't into me and I keep trying to do randoms stuff that make me look more and moore stupid. Is this like mindfulness in a way, just focusing on your breath if I get thoughts about her?
