According to r/vegan we're not vegan enough. What is everyone's opinion on eating meat?

Made me curious as to what everyone's perspective on eating meat is. Personally, I eat meat occasionally after trying for so long to be a strict vegetarian. I stopped because my health was suffering and I lost a ton of weight that I didn't need to lose. And at the recommendation of my doctor started eating meat a couple times a week.
