Books Buddhism-reality upon Sexuality; Femininity and Masculinity.

First of, I just want to share that this thread had helped me with my life. How, Buddhist philosophy made me to tolerate my life and its past of a lengthy abusive chain, through my self. I was neglected and used a beating teddy bear of my parents. However, my problem does not end after finding peace in these problem. Today, I came to more problems Sexuality and Lust. Retrospect, Buddhism have helped me more than enough but today I ask humbly again. If anyone can help me tackle how a man should use his sexuality "wisely", what is "femininity and masculinity". Thanks in advance
