Hilda buddhism in disquise?

I was watching Hilda on netflix and I noticed myself feeling very Zen and contemplating the dharma afterwards.

IDK if I'm just crazy but perhaps there is some interesting dharma subtext that isn't immediately apparent to me. 😁
